I am a PhD student at Dept. of Computer Science, Virginia Tech University.
I am working as an assistant researcher at the Pattern Recognition and Information systems group, Electronics Research Institute, Egypt.
Additionally, I am working as an assistant research at the Basic Research Group, Center of Excellences of Data Mining and Machine Learning, MCIT, Egypt.
I graduated with B.Sc and M.E from the Computer Engineering Department, Cairo University, Egypt in Jul 2003 and Feb 2007 respectively.
My research interests are text and data mining, machine learning, and soft computing methods.
